  I ordered a chicken parm at about 9pm was told 15 min. Walked in 20 min later, and observed an employee pulling a burnt black sandwich from the oven. As I approached the register the owner arose from a table where he was conversing with a customer, and promptly gave a stearn look to the man with the burnt sandwich. I was told it would be a few minuets my order was not ready yet, I was relieved I had thought they had burnt my order. The rest of the transaction went well and with a smile. Until I got home and unwrapped my sandwich. They had scooped the insides of the burnt sandwich into a new roll and placed it in the oven. It still had burnt chunks in it tasted like burnt food was very dry and inediable. Very disapointing, I feel as tho I was gotten over on with a smile to my face. Selling a burnt product that you try to cover up is dishonest and just bad buisness. I ordered food here almost once a week due to its location so close to the firestone, it's a shame that over a 8 dollar sandwich this establishment will loose my buisness and I will diswade anyone I can from patronage.

  I've been frequenting this place for almost 20 years. The people who work there are very nice and do a great job. Usually get take out, never had 1 problem in 20 years. Now that is service.
